Installation Procedure :

Prerequisies :
It is necessary to install the Mybook Core Features before you can activate AccessBook on your Mybook.

AccessBook uses the  users that are created within the Mybook Administration interface : https://Mybook-IP-Address:3210. you should create one different account for each of your friends...

Installation :
connect to your Mybook Administration interface:
https://Mybook-IP-Address:3210

and choose  "Feature Manager"
click the AccessBook Link , from the Web_Server Feature pack

Click the "install" link for each step that needs to be installed one after the other, in the displayed order :
when each step is installed, you should see the following screen :

Now AccessBook is activated. :-) !

Connect to the AccessBook Portal !

VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE : As soon as you are connected into AccessBook , Click the  Config Manager link , 

Give access permissions only to your account to File Manager Admin and Config Manager.

By default, All users is given the permissions on the Internal Shared folder and on the configuration interface.
Then, you can create new items, affect permissions etc…

Create New Links

You can create some new links : Click the Star !

Then choose one of the  link Types : File Manager or Photo gallery.

Fill in the requested information to finish the creation. (Mainly the path of shared folder)

Then give permissions to users by clicking the "user" icon and add users who needs to access the shared folder...
